Our Sonoma County Cabernet is an interesting medley of vibrant fruit and soft oak tannins with lush black cherry, vanilla, dark chocolate, truffle, and streaks of pomegranate. Notes of plum overtones and rich velvet mocha notes finish the wine. This Cabernet is well-rounded and inviting but has a deep backbone. The balanced acidity makes it a perfect food wine.
