Flavor Profile
Nice complexity of aromatics with hints of ripe bosque pear, and Meyer lemon. Enters with balanced acidity and a velvety yet succulent mouthfeel. On the palate there are layers of butterscotch, bright citrus medley, buttered toast, and gravensteing apple pie. The finish is delicious with lingering notes of vanilla cream, caramel and toasty oak.
