Flavor Profile
Vividly aromatic, with notes of white peach, crisp apple and white honeysuckle blossoms. The mid-palate is soft, with flavors of ripe, juicy stone fruit, tropical pineapple, and a mild, pleasant minerality. The finish is off-dry, with this varietal's natural sweetness pleasantly offset by a complementary acidity.

About California
This elegant Riesling is proudly sourced from prestigious vineyards throughout California. The 2019 vintage began with a warmer and milder season. Over the summer many California vineyards saw beautiful warm days, and June and July were generally milder without experiencing remarkably extended heat spikes or long duration heat events. One of the declining climatic elements to the 2019 harvest across our coastal vineyards, however, was the cooler than normal August. This cooler weather cycle slowed the harvest process and resulted in increased hang times for fruit. This contributed to amazing ripeness and greater layers of flavors without excess or exaggerated sugar levels.
