Windsor Recommends
Throw some ribeye steaks on the grill for an intimate dinner with friends, a classic pairing for our North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon. The richly fruity flavors make it the perfect match for aged Gouda, cheddar and other flavorful cheeses.

About North Coast
North Coast AVA is influenced by the cool coastal air and fog from the Pacific Ocean. This creates temperatures that are consistently cooler with higher annual rainfall than many other popular growing appellations for Cabernet, with predictable weather patterns very similar to the Mediterranean. The 2016 year brought moderately warm temperatures to the North Coast region throughout the growing season. By midsummer, the combination of warm daytime temperatures and cool coastal fog helped balance the development of sugars, producing rich complex flavors and aromatics in the wine creating a spectacular and highly sought after vintage.
