About Alexander Valley
Our Merlot vineyard is located in the flats just east of the Russian River where the Alexander Valley AVA meets the Chalk Hill AVA. This vineyard is planted in large river run gravel and the vines struggle with vigor, producing concentrated flavors. Windsor Vineyards has produced from this vineyard for over 9 years.
